Hi, well as you can see/hear we've installed another original song onto the site. Its called "Thousand Miles" (its also on our MySpace site but it sounds better on this site!!) its only in demo form at the moment but I think we all like it enough to add it to the list of songs that were taking into the studio in Sept/Oct to record 'properly'...give them the full production treatment which should make them sound amazing....well quality wise anyway!!

We're aiming to record an EP of 4/5 songs, all originals... not because we think were going to be the next big thing... no chance of that!! but mainly its nice to be able to give away something different as opposed to the covers that we do live and that people hear all the time.

Anyway hope you enjoy, more gigs at the end of the year for sure and a few new original tunes to be added over the next few months, cheers for now.

Oh No!!!....not an original song....arrrrgh!!! Well it's finally happened, despite being pretty quiet this year so far, we have been working on some new original songs, the first of which...Collide, is ready for you to listen to...if you want!! Just click in the 'tunes' tab on this site or go to our MySpace site www.myspace.com/jellystoneuk and have a listen to it there.

Its only in 'demo' form at the moment but you'll get the idea. We're aiming to put a few (yes we have more!) onto a cd/ep and give them away at gigs etc....well we can't expect to sell 'em surely!!...and anyway its nice to be able to give away some freebies at gigs....spread the love!!

Don't Panic!!...what happens to most bands after a while is that they tend to get a bit....how can I put this....up their own arses.....and start to think that what people really want to listen to is a load of old self indulgent tosh, IE: their own music!! That WON'T be happening with us.....we're still a covers band, always have been, always will be and to that end are currently learning some new tunes to stumble our way through!!

There are a few new gig dates up now, though they are private bookings (sorry) but there will be some more pub dates towards the end of the year which should be fun.....or not!! (we haven't played for a month or two!!)

Some new pic's in the gallery too......blimey we have been busy!!!....No, not really!!, they're from our slot supporting Pure Passion at the Brickmakers last month, a great night and a top band.....we're there again in June on our own and supporting the mighty Floating Greyhounds in September.

Hopefully see you there, cheers for now.

Well happy New 2009 Year to everyone.....lets see what this year has install!!

For us its welcome back to our old and trusty bass player Rob who's been away for what seems like for ever but it has in fact only been a year and a half......only!! It must be the dredded credit crunch but were aiming to have a quiet'ish year this year....well thats our excuse! We have some new gigs listed and were supporting a couple of well known local bands at The Brickmakers in Norwich, really looking forward to those gigs....you'll get to see a fantastic band....and us!! So we'd love to see you there.

Fall Ball in Nov was a brilliant gig, one of our best I think and it was good to have Rob back for that one (sorry for having to cancel all the other gigs in December.....bands, who'd 'av 'em!!) as a result he's now back on board (I sound like Zane Lowe!) full time....well as full time as were gonna be in 2009. Some pic's of that are in the gallery.....never trust a man in a kilt!!

This time we're serious....we're going to record some of our stuff properly, not covers, actual songs that we did wrote.....yours for the very reasonable price of FREE.....we'll be giving them away at gigs to anyone who wants them!! (I'll just burn a couple then) should be available by June....we work fast!

And were gonna learn a bunch of new songs and reinstate some of the American Punk/Pop classics that we used to do and everyone really liked that somehow ended up being dropped in favour of songs that no one really liked??!!....Always a good move!!....Ah well you gotta try these things.....I think we might even try some Kings Of Leon....which is a bold move for me!!

If you can make it to some of our gigs this year that would be great, say hello....we normally say hello back and its always nice to see some friendly faces...we'll try to put some new music up soon....just a matter of trying to balance that work/life/credit crunch thing!!!

See you soon......
